At the turn of the century, I weighed 100 Kg. Today 75 Kg. Along the way, I've had my share of medical issues, but I can tell you that eating responsibly and walking has gone a long way, if not most of the way to make me feel better and look forward to a longer life.
The views expressed here as of 2022 are personal, and based on being an internal medicine specialist for 34 years and a physician for 39. I've seen a lot, learned a lot, am still learning. Over the course of decades I've seen many cycles of "information" repeat. Fads come and go, but underlying core principles cannot be "twittered" away.

Walking is an excellent exercise for normal people.
You will NEVER be able to take a supplement strong enough to overcome the negative effects of all the bad things that have come before it. The Supplement industry is a scam, exaggerating but a glimmer of truth, just like the snake oil salesmen of old.
